Using his experience to help you steer your recruitment company in the right direction, you will find his guidance and support invaluable. In addition to the ongoing support package you will receive the following non-exec package and your recruitment company will have access to all of these:

• Strategic business planning sessions
• Attending in person monthly or quarterly board meeting and reviewing all minutes
• Measuring accountability each month for the board
• Helping draft the narrative for your strategic business plan - and measuring accountability
• Unlimited board level phone support and idea generation for the board
• Introduction to Mike's contacts plus his latest research findings.
• Creating/enhancing your company training plan
• Creating/enhancing your PR strategy
• Creating/enhancing your internal recruitment strategy
• Process analysis – improvement of pro-formas, KPIs, sales correspondence etc

Each of these services is worth between £100 and £3,400 EACH. In some cases they are literally ‘priceless’ as they are unavailable elsewhere. But if you appoint Mike as your Non-Executive Director you pay from as little as £950 per month* to have access to all of them plus of course Mike’s commitment to join your team.
