Formerly a big billing recruiter and then Managing Director of an international recruitment group, which grew from 3 to over 100 staff, he now presents to packed audiences at recruitment events around the world.

His substantial knowledge of UK and international recruitment markets has been further enhanced by founding (and then successfully selling) Elite, the UK’s only recruitment-specific MD-development programme, where he has worked with over 100 UK recruitment business owners.

Following the sale of Elite , Mike now has a few days available each month to help aspirational business owners take their recruitment companies to the next level.
